Bulletin Deadlines:

• Fall 2026 – July 27 (Articles), August 3 (Ads)
• Winter 2026 – October 12 (Articles), October 17 (Ads)
• Spring 2027 – January 5 (Articles), January 13 (Ads)
• Summer 2027 – May 12 (Articles), May 19 (Ads)

Advertising Design:

• All ads must be publication-ready and designed with high-resolution photos and ad copy. Final file resolution should be 300 DPI or greater.
• CMYK color (not RGB). Send TIF or high-resolution JPG files.
• Final trim size is 8.5″ x 11″. Important: For bleeds add .125″ on all sides (8.75″x11.25″ / 17.25″x11.25″ spreads). Keep text in safe zone, .375″ from trim edge.
