You can fill out the form below, pay and *email a list of  members and officers to include: addresses, phone numbers & email addresses with CCA members noted to Kathy Drabik westwoodcollies@aol.com.

The Club agrees to the following requirements:

  1. Beginning January 1, 2026, Collie Specialty clubs will submit one check in the amount of $80 to purchase a CCA pewter Loving Cup with a Club membership composed of at least 50% CCA members. Club must submit a membership list with CCA membership indicated.
  2. Only one Loving Cup may be purchased by an eligible club per year.
  3. Eligible Shows Loving Cups may be awarded only at independent, evening and concurrent specialties. Designated specialties and supported entries at all-breed shows do not qualify.
  4. Premium List & Catalog-The award must be printed in the club’s premium list and catalog. If donated, the donor information must be included.
  5. Requests for the loving cups will be made via the CCA website portal. Clubs will need to complete a website portal profile in advance. The order will be made via the portal with completion of a form. Payment by credit card will be via the portal. Payment by check will be sent to the CCA Treasurer. Notification of the request and payment will go directly to the Show Permissions Chair.
  6. Award Levels -Loving Cups may be awarded by a Collie Specialty Club that meets the established criteria for one the following inter-variety competitions only:
    Conformation:
    Best of Breed (BOB)
    Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed (BOS to BOB) or
    Best of Best of Winners
  7. The specialty club has 72 hours after receipt of the loving cup to inspect and report any damage to Show Permissions. Specialty Club is financially responsible to repair/replace any cup should it become damaged after the initial 72 hour period. The CCA will not pay for the cost of repair or replacement for cups damaged after the initial 72 hours.

  1. Keep copy for your files; enclose all attachments; do not send by registered or certified mail, delay in processing may result.
  2. The requirements listed above were approved at a CCA Board meeting on December 10, 2025.
