Membership Application
Fees:
- All payments must be in US funds. Make a Check or Money Order payable to: Collie Club of America, Inc (CCA). Credit Card payments are accepted through electronic funds transfer.
- A cancelled Check, Credit Card or electronic funds transfer payment does not indicate membership in the CCA. Applicants must first be voted into the Club by the Board of Directors and then notified by the CCA Secretary of acceptance into the Club.
- USA New Individual Membership – $50.00 + Initiation fee $5.00 = $55.00
- USA New Joint Membership – $60.00 + Initiation fee $5.00 = $65.00
- USA New Junior Membership – $15 one-time Initiation fee. No yearly payment of dues is required.
- All Other Countries: Note – Classification of: International Membership, Effective Date as of July 13, 2021. For those individuals who are not residents of the U.S. (or its territories and possessions) who become members of the Club after the International Membership Effective Date (as defined in Article II, Section 3 of the By-Laws). These International Members will be entitled to all Club privileges except they will not be eligible to hold office or to vote.
- International New Individual Membership – $50.00 + Initiation fee $5.00 = $55.00
- International New Joint Membership – $60.00 + Initiation fee $5.00 = $65.00
- To Convert an Individual Membership to Joint – Please complete the PDF version of the CCA Application Form (available on the Join Us page on the CCA website). Please mail $15.00 ($10.00 difference between Joint and Individual dues plus $5.00 Initiation fee) along with your application. The individual’s name will be voted on by the Board of Directors and records will be changed to reflect a Joint Membership after voting approval.
- To Add a Junior Member to your existing CCA Member Account – Please complete the PDF version of the CCA Junior Application Form (available on the Join Us page on the CCA website). Please mail a one-time $15.00 check ($5.00 dues plus $10 Initiation fee) along with your application. AKC Junior showmanship number is required for CCA Junior membership.
Notification of annual dues for the ensuing year will be made to all members by October 1 of each year unless otherwise determined by the Board. Dues for the ensuing year shall be due and payable by December 15th. All members whose dues remain unpaid after December 15th will be required to submit a completed Reinstatement Form along with applicable fees. Once a membership has been lapsed for over 1 year, the lapsed member shall not be entitled to reinstatement and must formally apply for membership as a new member.
Forms can be obtained from the CCA website, District Directors, or the Membership Chairperson.
